Job Title: Director – Strategic Contract Management

Major Projects Canberra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Strategic Contract Management team.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of procurement and contract management principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experts in procurement and contract management
  • Provide strategic oversight and coordination of procurement and contract activities
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and contract management policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement and contract management processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in procurement/contract management and project management
  • Asbestos awareness card or a willingness to obtain
  • Training and/or qualifications in construction, building, or property management
  • Membership or the ability to obtain membership with relevant professional organisation(s)
