About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding position requires an individual who is enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable. You will be the primary point of contact for customers at the centre level, responsible for building strong relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and positive.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily interactions with customers to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new customers
  • Contribute to creating an inspiring work environment that meets the needs of our diverse client base
  • Answer incoming calls, prepare meeting rooms, and complete general administrative tasks
