About the Role:
As a CX Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer experience programs. Your primary goal will be to ensure each program meets strategic goals and is completed as planned, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the coordination of CX programs with the client service team
  • Client communications, both internal and external
  • Resource planning and management
  • Data validation and analysis
  • Program insights and reporting
  • Managing program budgets and invoicing

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or communications (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience working in retail, administration, or a client service role is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint

You possess excellent time management skills, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence others.
