**About the Role**:
As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the face of Healthfix, engaging with clients, promoting our unique services, and driving customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our clinical and exercise team to ensure clients receive the best possible care, support, and guidance on their health journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement & Sales:

- Promote Healthfix’s group classes, strength-based physiotherapy, and membership options.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Utilise your experience to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Drive sales through effective communication, promoting our services, and understanding client needs, assisting them with booking and treatment plans to ensure high engagement and satisfaction..

Work Collaboratively:

- Build strong working relationships with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and personal trainers to support clients' health transformation

Networking & Promotion:

- Engage with local referrers such as GP clinics and sporting clubs to promote Healthfix’s unique offering.

Clinic Operations:

- Manage client bookings, payments, and inquiries using Cliniko and Momence software, and ensure the clinic is presented in line with Healthfix standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in a fitness studio or allied health setting (e.g., Fitness First, Virgin Active, BFT, or similar).
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping clients achieve transformational results.
- Strong communication and sales skills with a customer-first attitude
- Experience with Cliniko and Momence software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Allied health Clinic or Fitness Studio: 3 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)
