Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Maximise Billable Hours: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requests, complaints, and escalations, driving billable hours within scope while supporting the customer journey.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents, hazards, and complaints in alignment with company policies, escalating where required.
  • Communication and Liaison: Build strong internal relationships, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

About You:

  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer experience focus gained through working in a similar or comparable industry.
  • Community Passion: Passion for community work and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and proactively identify issues and potential solutions.
