At DLL, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record of providing top-notch customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all life-cycle responsibilities over DLL's various portfolios, ensuring that our customers receive timely and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Ensure that client needs and service expectations are met in a timely and accurate manner.">
  • Process requests and tasks on the service desk and resolve issues efficiently.">
  • Maintain data integrity regarding DLL's security registrations (PPSR) and ensure compliance with company policies.">
  • Manage customer data on InfoLease systems and maintain accurate records.">
  • Undertake inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide potential solutions.">
  • Manage original contractual documents archives and maintain confidentiality.">
  • Identify and resolve problems before they impact DLL, lessor partners, and/or customers.">

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.">
  • An understanding of documentation, lease products, credit risks, and compliance policies.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.">
  • Intermediate to advanced skills on Microsoft Suite and collaboration tools.">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.">
