Operational Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building trusting and professional relationships through regular engagement
  • Participating in the sales cycle, including bid and tender evaluation processes for government customers
  • Managing post-sales communications between customers and our technical resources to ensure effective resolution of technical issues
  • Identifying opportunities within the portfolio to contribute to revenue targets

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as a Lead Operational capacity, managing successful outcomes for key accounts
  • Technical underpinnings in IT delivery, project management, or business management, or ITIL
  • Previous experience successfully managing geographically dispersed teams to deliver client outcomes
  • Superior business-level writing and verbal communication skills
  • A focus on customer-centricity

Government Security Clearance

This role supports government clients, and you either possess existing government security clearance or are eligible for it, meaning you need to be an Australian citizen.
