Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our lounge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers feel welcome and valued in our lounge.

  • A genuine commitment to customer service excellence is essential.
  • Exceptional face-to-face customer service skills are required.
  • Collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues is necessary.
  • Proactive 'can-do' positive attitude is expected.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and see through to completion is vital.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing their time effectively.

Previous lounge experience is desirable but not essential. What's essential is a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
