We're seeking part-time Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team, where you'll be instrumental in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and promotional activities
  • Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently
  • Assist with setting up and packing down functions and events
  • Ensure guest enquiries and restaurant dining reservations are followed through in a professional manner
  • Prepare and serve food & drinks to a high standard, while highlighting promotions for our guests
  • Collaborate with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across our Food & Beverage Offerings
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills
  • Show attention to detail in creating amazing guest service moments with the team
  • Be flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize workloads, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties as required
  • Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards
  • Motivation is key; stay energized and motivated to impact your team and our guests
  • Possess a current RSA certificate
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia (if applying from outside, specify Australian work visa status)
