Service Delivery Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, building strong relationships with clients across all levels, and identifying issues that may arise and concluding them in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients across all levels
  • Identify issues that may arise and conclude them in a timely manner
  • Take ownership of critical incidents and coordinate resolution with all parties
  • Report on the overall performance of the managed service and/or support services, and take responsibility for implementing corrective actions where required
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements
  • Take accountability for service delivery performance, exceeding client expectations and drive future demand
  • Support Sales in presenting support solutions and deliver capabilities to prospective Clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry in a customer-centric role
  • A track record in successfully achieving/exceeding operational goals with multiple customers
  • Good understanding of ICT Voice and Networking infrastructure would be advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to deliver to multiple audiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for continuous process improvement
  • Possess strong influence & negotiation skills
