Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to financial advisers and be responsible for delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full adviser support to a team of financial advisers
  • Assist with preparation and implementation of advice documents (Statements of Advice & Regulatory Obligations)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and database records
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide a high level of client service, maintaining and developing long-term relationships
  • Preparation of all documentation for client review meetings
  • Adviser diary management and coordination of appointments
  • Assist with administration tasks when required, ensuring timely and efficient completion
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Financial Planning CSO is highly desirable
  • A keen interest in the field of financial planning is essential
  • Working towards or having completed a degree in financial planning is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • A strong work ethic with attention to detail is required
  • A basic understanding of financial planning principles and different areas of advice is expected
  • A focus on client care and providing exceptional customer service is paramount
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are crucial
