Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Full Time Fixed Term opportunity (12 months) – exciting times ahead

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds?

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with leasing and property management
  • Checking in and out residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
  • Conducting pre and post occupancy inspections, as well as periodic room checks
  • Supporting the team to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy levels
  • Providing general administration support, including telephone answering and mail handling

You will also play a key role in ensuring the highest level of service quality and providing outstanding experiences for our residents.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A real estate qualification or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous experience with StarRez software is highly regarded but not essential
  • A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for service excellence
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of different cultures
  • Ability to provide evidence of a National Police Check and Working with Children's check
