Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and overseeing both new and existing client accounts to meet the organization's revenue and profitability targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This position is ideally suited for a Project Manager or Customer Service Manager with a robust background in Contract Manufacturing, looking to transition into a sales-focused role within Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the management of current client accounts, ensuring consistent communication to foster strong working relationships that yield beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  2. Facilitate the precise processing of client quotations within established timeframes.
  3. Address and resolve all client inquiries effectively, ensuring they are managed and concluded within agreed timelines.
  4. Monitor performance metrics against service level agreements, proactively identifying potential issues.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met appropriately.
  6. Stay informed about the company's objectives, vision, and values to prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Lead initiatives to understand trends and demands within the Australian Wellness sector.

Required Skills

  1. Comprehensive understanding of Contract Manufacturing processes.
  2. Experience in the Complimentary Medicine or Wellness Industry is advantageous.
  3. Familiarity with SAP Software is preferred.
