Our client is a leading provider of a sophisticated technology platform designed for third-party capital raisers, facilitating investor aggregation and comprehensive administration services throughout the investment lifecycle.

As a rapidly expanding organization, they aim to enhance accessibility to alternative assets for investors through their cutting-edge technology and skilled team. They specialize in alternative asset platforms, offering wholesale investors direct access to a diverse array of alternative investments across various asset classes.

The Client Success Manager will be instrumental in establishing strategic partnerships with a designated group of clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through the effective use of their services and technology.

This role also requires the development of robust internal relationships and a deep understanding of key processes within the Operations, Client, and Platform Solutions teams to foster efficiencies that benefit both the organization and its clients.

Our client is looking to recruit two Client Success Managers – one at a senior level and another at a more junior level, with the senior candidate likely transitioning into a Team Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all client-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop an Account Plan that encompasses a stakeholder management strategy, the client's 1-3 year business objectives, and identified collaboration opportunities to strengthen the partnership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies between the client and the business, including self-service options for clients.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of technology and service offerings, identifying opportunities to upsell these capabilities to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and facilitate quarterly governance meetings to assess performance against SLAs and other contractual commitments.
  • Encourage client participation in roundtable discussions, case studies, whitepapers, and, when appropriate, press releases highlighting significant achievements.
  • Design a Voice of the Customer survey to gather independent feedback on technology and service offerings.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Account Management, Customer Success Management, Relationship Management, or a similar role, preferably within Asset or Wealth Management or financial services vendors with a focus on Buy Side clients.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing all commercial aspects related to clients.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and executing plans to ensure all client commitments are fulfilled and projects are completed on time.
