About the Role

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking an experienced Executive Director Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and other Executive Directors.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate meetings and diaries for the Executive team
  2. Draft high-level correspondence and reports
  3. Manage telephone and face-to-face enquiries
  4. Provide quality reception function within the Executive Suite
