Administrative Support Role
Latrobe Regional Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Gippsland Radiation Oncology team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking reception duties and other administrative and patient-related activities, including patient appointments, checking people in and out for clinics and treatment, answering phones, and Medicare billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage patient appointments and clinic schedules
- Process Medicare claims and billing
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative environment
- Computer literacy with multiple products
