Health Independence Program Administrative Support
We are seeking an administrative support to join our Sub-acute Specialty Clinic (SACS) team on a part-time basis.
The SACS clinic provides clients with access to several specialist services, and the administrative support will be responsible for assisting clinicians with administrative tasks related to client referrals and appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinicians in the SACS clinic
- Assist with client referrals and appointments
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
Requirements:
- Great organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills with Office applications
- Experience in reception
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
