Business Development Representative Job

We are seeking an ambitious individual with a passion for sales and public sector development to join our Sales Development team as a Business Development Representative.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to source new business opportunities.
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to drive growth and qualify leads.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in government and public service sectors.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up.

Requirements

  • A strong desire for high performance and self-motivation.
  • Experience prospecting and cold calling, with a proven track record of achieving target or critical metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
