  • The successful candidate will spearhead the development, articulation, and ongoing evolution of a comprehensive strategy for the Public Sector across the ANZ region.">
  • This pivotal leadership role will engage in thoughtful discussions to advise on, prioritize, and support public sector sales pursuits.">
  • Through these initiatives, this individual will be responsible for the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Public Sector while collaborating with Marketing to refine messaging, build content, engage key partners, ensure alignment of our product roadmap with industry needs, and enable our field team to identify and execute growth opportunities for Docusign across all sectors of Government (Local, State, Federal).">

Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Participate as a senior leader in the ANZ team, helping to drive the strategic direction of our Public Sector business and solutions, collaborating with our Marketing, Partner, Product, Government Relations and Sales teams with a strong focus on growth.">
  3. Lead all aspects of ANZ Public Sector strategic analysis, planning, and execution via extended team including both total addressable market and segment opportunity analysis, competitive analysis, and Docusign differentiation.">
  4. Participate in Sales Cycles to serve as a catalyst for our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) vision in the context of the ANZ Public Sector vertical.">
  5. Work with Marketing on thought leadership initiatives and develop content for sales enablement and customer engagement, which aligns to our IAM narrative.">
  6. Collaborate with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to develop tangible sales plays and product demonstrations relevant to the Public Sector vertical.">
  7. Liaise between Public Sector executives and Government relations teams in order to advise and drive legislative reform.">
  8. Engage, develop, and extend partnership with both key ISVs and SIs.">
  9. Support presence at industry events, both Docusign and third-party, as an inspiring leader via speaking engagements: keynote, panelist, moderator, demonstrations, etc.">
  10. Work with Enablement to refine knowledge and training programs for Sales teams within the Public Sector vertical.">
  11. Collaborate with the Product Team to advise and define eSignature and IAM requirements for the ANZ Public Sector.">

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What You Bring:

  • ">
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.">
  • 15+ years industry experience with a strong understanding of trends, challenges, workflows, and digital transformation within the ANZ Public Sector landscape.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Subject matter expertise with public sector agreement types, data points, and agreement processes within the ANZ Public Sector vertical.">
  • Both in-house and prior experience in a consulting capacity with a technology provider to the ANZ Public Sector.">
  • Experience with or clear aptitude to master complex technologies and contract analytics.">
  • Ability to demonstrate experience handling complex sales problems in a fast-growing, dynamic environment supporting multiple levels of leadership.">
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator and strategic problem solver with prior success building cross-functional teams.">
  • Ability to advise customers, partners, and internal teams on implementation strategies both at the project level and for overall best practices.">
  • Capable of building, implementing, and supervising sales methodologies, processes, and policies that deliver results and support strategic goals.">
  • Excellent written communication skills, including capability to develop and execute thought-leadership assets.">
  • Willingness to travel as needed.">
