We're hiring for a growth-focused role within our Local Government & Housing business, with a strong emphasis on our Enterprise Platform Solutions. This position will play a key part in identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly within the Local Government and Social Housing sectors.

**Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand each customer's priorities and sector-specific challenges
  • Position Civica's solutions to deliver real value to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams and executive sponsors to shape deals early in the sales cycle and drive them through to a successful close

**Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels within schools
  • Experience selling complex software solutions, particularly to local government and social/community housing sectors
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding KPIs, including pipeline metrics, opportunity coverage, wallet share, and acquisition targets
