  • Commercial Sales: Achieve business development targets by proactive account planning, RFPs, and tenders aligned with industry standards.
  • Public Sector Engagement: Focus on local, state, and national levels.
  • Enhance member interactions to boost satisfaction and growth by engaging at events, conferences, and panels.
  • Governance: Support teams in engaging with local councils, advisory groups, and committees.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a contact point for resolving service issues within the region and account portfolio.
  • Insights: Gather and communicate external feedback to stakeholders, driving the development of new products and services to improve member satisfaction.
