About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on communication matters, driving informed decision-making.
  • Supervise a team of communication professionals, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate communication efforts, reporting on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on theoretical and practical applications.
  • Proven experience in managing communication strategies and campaigns, with a track record of success.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships effectively, building trust and rapport with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with media relations and crisis communication techniques, particularly within the government landscape.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
