Administrative Operations Manager

The Administrative Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate office administration, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This involves developing internal communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, managing inventory, supervising data and reception staff, and delegating tasks.
This leadership position requires a high level of organisational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience mentoring and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities- Organise and coordinate office administration and procedures
- Develop intra-office communication protocols
- Streamline administrative procedures
- Manage inventory and supervise data and reception staff
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is HS4 - HS29 ($83,657 - $90,376 per annum), reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.
