About the RoleAs a Fleet Services Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks within the Fleet Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person looking to start their career within the Fleet Industry and to utilize their existing customer service skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing administrative tasks such as registrations, fuel management, infringement and toll management.
- Timely and accurate ordering, dispatching and cancellation of fuel cards.
- Maintaining accurate and meaningful internal records.
- Responding to clients and internal enquiries regarding fleet services related matters in a professional manner.
- Providing administrative support to fleet services team as required.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Previous experience in a customer service/retail role.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - someone who meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress.
- The ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely, effective manner.
- A high level of proficiency in software packages with advanced level of spreadsheeting and word processing skills.
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills.
