Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $65,000 - $75,000 AUD, depending on experience.
Job Description: As an Administration Coordinator within our Support Services team, you will provide crucial administration support to our busy service departments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounts, generating reports, processing purchase orders, preparing agenda/minutes, and assisting with patient transport bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete department administration functions, including accounts management and report generation
- Prepare regular and adhoc reports, spreadsheets, and graphs in line with departmental protocols
- Assist the GM in managing department service contracts and agreements
- Coordinate daily non-urgent patient transport bookings
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to work independently in a multidisciplinary team and possess advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent customer service skills and adaptability are essential.
