Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our Melbourne office (St Kilda Rd) team. This role ensures the smooth daily operations of the office and provides administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance. They will welcome and register visitors, foster relationships with property management, facilities, and maintenance teams, organize social events, assist with internal communications, arrange travel and accommodations, coordinate meetings, and manage accounts and expenses.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience within administration
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Excellent organisation skills and time management
- A positive and people-oriented person with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to be a culture champion and enhance employee experience within the office
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 depending on experience.
