A seasoned Business Development Manager is required to accelerate customer and partner growth. You will drive multiple aspects of the partner engagement lifecycle, from selecting partnerships to identifying product enhancements and driving partner satisfaction and network growth.
You will collaborate cross-functionally across organizations and teams to advocate for partner needs and drive exceptional customer experiences for partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Position us as a strategic partner with C-level executives
- Develop new relationships with internet providers, telcos, and distributors
- Contribute to feature development and functionality enhancements that deepen partner relationships
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities
- Evaluate partnership economics and develop best practices
