About The Role

  • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering functions.
  • Deliver strategic financial advice and commercial support to executives and senior leaders.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organisation.
  • Champion improvements in finance processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and commercial thinking.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with Airservices' values of trust, care, and accountability.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in FP&A, finance, and accounting.
  • Proven leadership in strategic financial planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • CA/CPA or equivalent qualification (Required).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insights.
