About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our People Experience team as a Strategic Business Development Partner. This role is a permanent, full-time position based primarily in our corporate head office located in Sydney.

As a Strategic Business Development Partner, you will collaborate with our people leaders across all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development, performance management, and employee relations issues, workplace health and safety, and offboarding.

You will also work on exciting people projects and partner with our employee engagement team to develop and drive programs and initiatives that attract, develop, motivate, and engage employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate company-wide programs and events such as monthly Townhall meetings, welcome calls, company induction sessions, and leadership development workshops.
  • Contribute to the redesign of roles to fuel our future state operating model, conceptualize and implement initiatives to motivate and engage our people, build our culture by facilitating team charters, and further develop our monthly employee and manager performance check-in sessions.
  • Assist in building out and facilitating our leadership development program, design innovative talent sourcing and recruitment strategies, and support managers and teams to realize their potential.
