We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive initiatives and foster strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will develop and lead strategic plans for broker distribution, provide expertise on market trends and insights, and deliver tailored broker strategies.

  • Developing and leading strategic plans for broker distribution.
  • Delivering tailored broker strategies, enhancing communication, education, and market delivery of key initiatives.
  • Managing intermediary agreements, licensing, sponsorships, and ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Supporting the transformation towards a digital roadmap, enhancing broker experience and internal efficiencies.
  • Coordinating product communication and modifications, incorporating broker feedback and strategic recommendations.
  • Defining and implementing customer-focused broker strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Leading regulatory change awareness and engagement with brokers and industry bodies.
  • Implementing and managing the risk and compliance framework, ensuring effective risk management and resolution.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; industry accreditations preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the general insurance industry and underwriting principles.
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a multi-layered organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic vision and manage business risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence audiences at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in relationship building and collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners.
