**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Development Leader to drive growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise to generate revenue and influence decision-making while collaborating closely with partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our sales team, providing guidance on partner strategies and tactics.
  • Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions as valuable allies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform partner strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in strategic partnerships.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
  • Possess excellent solution selling skills, with the ability to drive a consultative sales process with partners.
  • Confident working with C-level executives and able to present complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner sellers across many accounts.
  • Able to travel when necessary (up to 50%).
