Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Development Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering our NSW Business Development Strategy.
About the Role:
Lead high-profile pitches and pursuits, aligning with our NSW Business Development Strategy.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop win strategies and deliver compelling client engagement tools.
Implement our pitch methodology across high-value opportunities in NSW and the Pacific.
Partner with designers and leaders to create engaging visual storytelling and client-centric presentations.
Coach teams and deliver training programs to enhance BD and pitch capabilities.
Introduce innovative tools and processes to elevate pitch quality and consistency.
Drive Pacific-wide initiatives that enhance our market-leading brand and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
Degree qualified with 7+ years' experience in BD, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications.
Proven success in B2B environments with a strong understanding of the property landscape and client priorities.
Experience delivering content that is clever, client focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem solving, collaboration and elevating business development strategies and content for clients.
Ability to think strategically, be agile and innovative, think on your feet and be creative and coachable.
