Insurance Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new business opportunities.
About AonAon is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions. Our joint venture with the Housing Industry Association (HIA) provides us with the unique opportunity to leverage the risk and insurance expertise of Aon, with the HIA's deep knowledge of the housing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Daily phone interaction with existing SME clients regarding their ongoing insurance / risk needs.
- Building strong rapport with each client through listening to their needs and wants.
- Asking thorough questions about client's requirements and providing suitable education on additional HIAIS products and services where applicable.
- Providing on the spot support to client queries, as well managing multiple ongoing communication with more complex client needs via phone, email and in-person.
- Regularly collaborating with the Client Manager regarding your ongoing workload / development.
- Daily interactions with colleagues to receive, and provide them, ongoing support regarding client requirements.
- Responsible for Credit control of all their client invoicing i.e. debt management, payment enquiries and settlements.
- Comparable client servicing experience.
- Insurance industry experience advantageous.
- Tier 1 Accreditation or willingness to obtain.
- Strong experiences using software programs, such as CRM / MS Excel and Outlook.
- Eagerness to grow a career in insurance.
- Ability to multi-task and complete various complexity of tasks to deadlines.
- Ability to assess, and complete, work with a high level of attention to detail.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
