Business Development Specialist

Aon, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their close-knit team as a Business Development Specialist - Insurance.
The ideal candidate will have comparable client servicing experience and insurance industry knowledge. They will be responsible for building strong rapport with existing SME clients, providing education on additional products and services, and managing multiple ongoing communications.
This role requires strong experiences using software programs, such as CRM/MS Excel and Outlook. The ability to multi-task and complete various tasks to deadlines is essential. A Tier 1 Accreditation or willingness to obtain is also required.
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce and offer flexible working arrangements.
In this fast-paced yet supportive environment, you will collaborate with colleagues to receive and provide ongoing support regarding client requirements. You will also be responsible for credit control, including debt management, payment enquiries, and settlements.
