Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from potential customers and sell HCF Health and Life Insurance products.
  • Handle outbound and inbound enquiries from new and existing members regarding membership applications and questions about HCF Health and Life Products.
  • Provide clear and non-technical answers to customer enquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information.
  • Maintain accuracy of member information, reporting, and sales pipeline.
About You
  • You should have a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and sales.
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is essential, with a focus on both inbound and outbound activities.
  • You should be self-driven and motivated, with excellent telephone communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work within a team dedicated to achieving team and individual performance objectives.
