About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Non-Profit sector team, you will be responsible for handling a range of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries regarding their insurance needs and providing exceptional service
  • Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence
  • Working towards achieving both your KPIs and your team's revenue, acquisition, and retention targets
  • Identifying new business and upselling opportunities as you interact with our clients
  • Partnering with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations
