Directly reporting to the Director your role will consist of;
- Converting leads to new business
- Conducting client reviews
- Liaising with clients and underwriters on a daily basis
- Preparation of quotes, renewals and policy changes
- Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships
- Reviews of existing policies highlighting exposures/gaps in cover

For consideration of this position you must have/be;
- Minimum Tier 1 including at least 2 years on the job training or at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional customer service skills as to build rapport with new and existing clients
- Experience with Winbeat Broking system and Sunrise Software
- Competent in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing a high volume workload
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team or unsupervised
- Be efficient and highly organised managing tasks
- Flexible and supportive team member
- Experience with Officetech

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
