Senior Insurance Business Development Specialist

Aon seeks a talented Senior Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Non-For-Profit sector.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities. As a key point of resolution for customer queries, you will investigate and resolve queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence. Your primary focus will be on achieving both your KPIs and your team's revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
You will work closely with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multi-task while navigating various technologies and platforms.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your Aon IQ and broaden your knowledge of the business. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales, and administration responsibilities.
- Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence.
- Working towards achieving both your KPIs and your team's revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
- Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients.
- Partnering with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes two Global Wellbeing Days each year. Requirements- 1 year experience across the insurance industry.
- Solid understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines.
- Possess a passion for helping clients who are serving the community daily.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage your workflow and prioritize tasks effectively.
