About the Role

The Customer Service Officer reports to the Administration Coordinator and is responsible for providing a high-quality, confidential, customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. This is achieved by responding to general frontline and telephone enquiries through the Switchboard, initiating paging, responding to the emergency phone, and sending prompt and appropriate messages and direction in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
  • Respond to general frontline and telephone enquiries
  • Initiate paging and respond to emergency phone calls
  • Send prompt and appropriate messages and direction
  • Work collaboratively with the Administration Coordinator and other teams to achieve departmental goals

Essential Requirements

  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description
