Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This is a part-time role that requires a strong administration background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with managing property-specific areas, including maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive community.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months).
- SA Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain).
- Valid Certificate - Property Management Registration (or be willing to obtain).
- Valid Driver's Licence.
