Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rentokil Initial. This role will involve building strong relationships with our national and key clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

The primary function of this role is to retain customers and build long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to clients through various communication channels
  • Developing and maintaining client contracts
  • Processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless client service
  • Liaising with clients to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Processing client enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Supporting the Sales and Services team to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to existing clients

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or client services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
