As a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to general sales inquiries and provide technical information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide internal sales support to sales representatives, including processing orders and managing customer inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage the end-to-end processing of incoming orders, including coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
