Software Lifecycle Specialist

The role of Software Lifecycle Specialist involves managing the software agreement lifecycle for clients, with a primary focus on Cisco. This position requires building and nurturing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, advocating and advising clients throughout the duration of their agreement to ensure they realize value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing software agreements and ensuring timely renewals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on software licensing schemes and technology
  • Maximizing NTT Data's profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and key licensing schemes
  • Knowledge and understanding of other software vendors' solutions
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment
  • Experience with and an understanding of agreement lifecycle stages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organizations
  • Ability to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services
  • Knowledge of vendor technology including core functionality & features, and ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills with the ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills
