Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing asset-level profit and loss statements, cash flow, valuations, and capital expenditure planning
  • Creating and maintaining financial models
  • Leveraging leasing negotiations to maximise income
  • Overseeing capital expenditure and operating expenses budgets across the portfolio (with operational support provided)
  • Presenting asset performance and strategies to senior stakeholders and investors
  • Collaborating with the transactions, development, and finance teams
About You:
  • We are seeking a commercially astute and financially skilled professional with: 5+ years' experience in asset management within property funds, investment management, or institutional real estate
  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • A track record of delivering improved asset performance and net operating income
  • Experience with industrial/logistics assets preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Ability to leverage operational support to focus on strategic initiatives and portfolio growth
