About the Role

Randstad Australia is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Support Officer to join a leading Federal Government agency. This is a temporary position with potential extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist and general administrative support services to Federal Prosecutors.
  • Assist with office administration activities, including financial management, procurement, facilities management, property, administration, and security administration.
  • Support case administration and court preparation activities.
  • Provide business and digital litigation systems support.
  • Liaise with staff and utilize administrative, legal, and digital litigation tools and systems.
  • Draft routine workplace documents, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage records and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide accurate advice in a timely manner.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on delivery in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to provide appropriate advice in an area of professional or technical specialization.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to respond positively to work changes and shifting priorities.
  • Well-developed time management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
