Job Summary

This role operates within a small registry team, providing service to all court clients both locally and nationally. The successful applicant will be required to work in both the Strategic Support Hub and Location Based Support across various streams of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service Delivery
    • Provide high-level docket and/or case management support to Judges, Registrars, and their staff.
    • Manage enquiries, filed documents, and Registrar Support in Family Law.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
    • Act with integrity, use initiative, and work unsupervised as required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Manage stressful and/or conflict situations in a professional manner.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Demonstrate effective organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
    • Achieve objectives and manage tasks efficiently.
Eligibility
  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Security and character clearance is also required.
