APS 4 Registry Officer

This role operates within a small registry team, requiring flexibility and adaptability to various tasks. The Registry provides service to court clients locally and nationally, as well as high-level docket and case management support to Judges, Registrars, and their staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service, working directly with the general public and demonstrating a commitment to client-focused services.
- Develop a working knowledge of court procedures, guidelines, policies, and practice, including computerized information systems.
- Utilize effective organizational skills to work under pressure, achieve objectives, and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborate with the team, act with integrity, use initiative, and work unsupervised as required.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stressful situations.
- Australian citizenship is required.
- Security and character clearance is necessary, including a Police Records Check and potential security clearances during employment.
