Transform Business Banking with Expert Product Leadership

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team at Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our Deposit and Transactions Crew, you'll be responsible for the development and execution of Virtual Accounts capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with our deposit product suite.

We're looking for someone who can leverage their domain knowledge, thought leadership, and strategic mindset to drive business outcomes across the product lifecycle. This includes launching new features and initiatives, monitoring product performance, meeting regulatory requirements, optimizing customer experience, and driving change within the business.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, product management, and/or process improvement.
  • Experience working with technological and system teams to uplift or build new capabilities.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • A risk mindset and ability to identify, discuss, and act on current and future risks.
  • Proven success in leading and executing a defined product strategic roadmap.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, including investigating and providing solutions to complex problems.

Salary Estimate: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our generous compensation package also includes benefits such as flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
