Business Development Manager - Enterprise Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expansion of our Modern Workplace solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in custom solutions based on Microsoft Technologies within the Modern Workplace practice.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key business and IT decision-makers, identifying opportunities to expand our presence in the market.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by delivering results-driven strategies and building strong partnerships.
  • Support account transition to the delivery team, ensuring seamless customer handover and continued success.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and recurring business opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development through proactive outreach, networking, and partner engagement, fostering a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or sales within the professional services or technology sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Solutions in the Modern Workplace space, including innovative technologies and best practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
