About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Transformation Experience Specialists

You will play a crucial role in guiding, designing, and delivering client transformations with confidence and proficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute transformation experience strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their transformation needs and develop tailored transformation experience strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops, and communication plans to support transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for transformation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and best practices in transformation management.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses.
Key Qualifications

  • Experience in a consulting, transformation experience, organizational development, or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing transformation experience strategies and plans that align with business goals.
  • Familiarity in conducting transformation impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
  • Ability to develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
  • Demonstration in collaborating with project teams to integrate transformation experience activities into project plans.
